At EcommerceHub Enterprise, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your Bag purchase. Please review our policy carefully.

Refund Policy:

  • EcommerceHub Enterprise does not provide any "change of mind" return policy. EcommerceHub Enterprise will not provide any refund for "change of mind" decisions.

  • EcommerceHub Enterprise  only provides refunds or exchanges for products that are significantly damaged upon delivery.

  • If the ordered product is out of stock, we will inform the customer and refund the amount paid within 48 hours.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • A product can only be exchanged or returned if it is damaged during delivery. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly inspect all packages and products from all sides upon delivery and report any damage within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or return.

  • Proof of Damage: Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage to support their claim.

  • Return Shipping: If a return is approved due to major damage or wrong product delivery, EcommerceHub Enterprise will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Customers must return the product in its original packaging and condition.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Customer Responsibilities: It is the customers responsibility to fully check the product at the time of delivery, and note any issues on the delivery slip. Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. Failure to do so may result in extra shipping charges.
